Individual therapy is a one-on-one space where your thoughts, feelings, and experiences are met with care, curiosity, and respect. These sessions are tailored to you—your needs, your pace, and your goals. It's a time to show up as you are, without pressure or pretense, and begin creating the kind of change that feels meaningful and lasting.
In addition to regular weekday hours, evening and weekend sessions are available.

Relationship Therapy/Dyadic Work
Where: In-Person or Online
⏱️ Length: 80 minutes
💲 Cost: $220
This type of therapy is for any two people looking to strengthen their connection, improve communication, and navigate challenges together.
This work supports pairs in all kinds of relationships, including:
Parent and adolescent or adult child
Siblings
Co-parents (together or separated)
Close friends
Couples/Romantic partners
Roommates or chosen family
In addition to regular weekday hours, evening and weekend sessions are available.

For all other clients, accepted forms of payment include:

CashOnce payment is received, you will be provided with a receipt that can be submitted to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.
Contact your insurance provider directly to confirm the details of your coverage, including whether psychotherapy with a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) is included in your plan.
