Individual therapy is a one-on-one space where your thoughts, feelings, and experiences are met with care, curiosity, and respect. These sessions are tailored to you—your needs, your pace, and your goals. It's a time to show up as you are, without pressure or pretense, and begin creating the kind of change that feels meaningful and lasting.
In addition to regular weekday hours, evening and weekend sessions are available.

Couples Sessions
Where: In-Person or Online
⏱️ Length: 80 minutes
💲 Cost: $220
Couples therapy offers a supportive space to explore what's happening between you and strengthen communication. Whether you're navigating conflict, life transitions, intimacy challenges, or feeling emotionally distant, therapy can help you understand each other more clearly and work toward shared growth.
In addition to regular weekday hours, evening and weekend sessions are available.

CashPlease note: direct billing is not available.
Once payment is received, you will be provided with a receipt that can be submitted to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.
Contact your insurance provider directly to confirm the details of your coverage, including whether psychotherapy with a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) is included in your plan.
