Psychotherapy—also called talk therapy—is simply a space where you can talk things through with someone who’s trained to help. It’s about having real, honest conversations with a therapist who listens without judgment and helps you make sense of what you’re going through.
Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, down, or just trying to figure things out, therapy gives you a safe place to explore your thoughts and feelings, learn new ways to cope, and work toward feeling better.
You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. It’s a tool for growth, healing, and getting to know yourself on a deeper level.

Psychotherapy can help with all kinds of emotional, mental, and life challenges—big or small. You don’t need to have a “diagnosis” to benefit. Some common things people come to therapy for include:
Anxiety, stress, or constant worrying
Depression or feeling low and unmotivated
Relationship or family issues
Grief and loss
Life changes or feeling stuck
Low self-esteem or confidence
Past trauma or difficult experiences
Burnout, overwhelm, or work-related stress
Trouble sleeping or feeling restless
Wanting personal growth or deeper self-understanding
Everyone’s experience is different, and therapy is tailored to what you need. If something’s been on your mind and you’re not sure what to do with it, therapy can be a great place to start.

Both! You have the flexibility of in-person sessions at the office and online therapy sessions via secure video (Zoom). You can choose what feels most comfortable and convenient for you—and switch anytime if your needs change.
Some people like the personal feel of coming in, while others prefer the ease of logging in from home. Either way, you’ll get the same level of care and support.
-
It really depends on you and what you're looking for. Many people start with weekly sessions and, over time, move to every other week or check in as needed—it’s flexible.
In our first few sessions, we’ll talk about your goals and figure out a pace that feels right. We’ll also consider practical things like your schedule, insurance coverage, and budget.
There’s no one-size-fits-all answer—therapy is all about meeting you where you are and finding a rhythm that feels supportive and sustainable.

Yes—more than ever! A lot of men are turning to therapy as a way to work through stuff they’ve been carrying around for a while—stress, anxiety, overthinking, relationship issues, feeling lost or stuck, or just trying to figure out who they are and where they’re going.
There’s often this pressure to “have it all together,” but the truth is, no one does all the time. You don’t have to have a crisis to come—it’s also about building self-awareness, confidence, and better ways of handling life.
