This brief online meeting is a chance to connect and get a sense of whether working together feels like the right fit. It’s an opportunity to talk about what you're hoping to get out of therapy, hear a bit about how things typically work, and ask any questions you may have.
Individuals and Relationships/Dyadic Work
Individuals and pairs of all kinds are welcome to explore what feels challenging, unclear, or out of balance - whether that’s within yourself or within your relationships.
In addition to regular weekday hours, evening and weekend sessions are available.
